05 — Partners
We work with a small number of businesses. On purpose.
Rydra isn’t a platform you sign up to and figure out yourself. It’s a close working relationship. That means we’re selective — and we intend to stay that way while we build.
Why we keep the number small
Something that works before something that scales.
The intelligence Rydra produces is only as good as the data it works with. That requires us to understand each business closely — the booking patterns, the client base, the seasonal rhythms, what good looks like for that specific venue.
We’re building something that works before we build something that scales. The partners we work with now will be the proof that this model performs — and the foundation of everything that comes after.
We’re not trying to sign up every venue in Australia. We’re trying to get the result right, with businesses that care enough to share real data and measure real outcomes.
What we look for
An existing client database with at least 6 months of booking or transaction history.
A business where client retention is a known, persistent problem — not a business looking for a one-off campaign.
An owner or operator who wants to understand their data, not just receive a report once a month.
Openness to direct client SMS communications as the primary recovery channel.
Willingness to share real performance data so we can attribute results honestly and specifically.
Launch partner
Alkami Barbershop, Canberra.
The team at Alkami gave us full access to their client database, their booking history, and their revenue data before we had a single case study to show them. He trusted the model. We trust them with the result.
Full analysis →“The dashboard showed me my client base in a way I’d never seen it. Who was loyal, who was on the fence, who was already gone. I didn’t know I was missing that information but the moment I saw it, I couldn’t imagine running the business without it.”
